Training is considered to be the key to ensuring that members understand and comply with organic standards.

IBSPL personnel are continually upgraded in terms of skills, knowledge, standards, updates, advisories, and exposure through in-house or external training, seminars, e-learning courses, workshops, etc.

To create awareness among the operators and keep them updated, IBSPL informs them from time to time about standards, updates, advisories, etc. through awareness training programs or via email/circulars.
